• Experience of trafficking projects with global brands
• Experience of working with Creatives, Art Directors & Copywriters
• Have an understanding of print production processes
• Able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Some experience of art-buying and a familiarity of photographic shoot planning

What you’ll do:
• Plan the effective use of all creative resource across a range of projects (including managing holiday, overtime, hours allocation etc)
• Work with Senior Creative Director to review briefs and allocate appropriate resource
• Take responsibility for art buying – commission all required 3rd party creative resources such as photographers, photographic studio’s, production companies, voiceover artists, models and illustrators
• Work with the Senior Creative Director to establish a roster of relevant freelance resource to call on when necessary
• Proactively manage potential bottlenecks or risks to schedules
• Monitor the Creative Studio workflow, processes & procedures
• Support pitch requirements by allocating creative resource
