We’re offering the fantastic opportunity for you to become a part of our talented Client Services team. As one of our Senior Account Managers, you will act as the primary liaison between Burrows’ clients and our internal Creative, Digital and CGI teams.
The demands of a prestigious client list (including Ford and other prominent global automotive brands) mean that Burrows needs to stay at the forefront in developing innovative ways to utilise emerging technologies for new marketing strategies. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring all work we deliver exceeds our clients’ expectations.

• Able to adapt to changing deadlines and briefs
• Confident in your ability to present to clients and colleagues, and able to offer constructive feedback
• You are able to predict issues and problem solve to the client’s satisfaction
• Confident in leading internal and external project teams



What you’ll do:
• Work within a large Client Services team, advising clients on all aspects of marketing communications, from strategy to delivery
• Develop strong long-term relationships with clients through regular personal contact
• Write creative briefs and communicate to multiple internal teams
• Work with the Project Management team in the development of project timings and communicate to the client
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure work is delivered on schedule and within budget
• Manage client expectations of delivery through regular communication
• Alongside the Creative team, present creative work to clients
