Burrows has been officially recognised as an industry leading agency after gaining accreditation to a top quality system standard.
Accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 was achieved by Burrows in 2018. Gaining accreditation to this standard is a huge achievement for any organisation, especially in the advertising industry where the quality system standard has not yet gained universal adoption.
In contrast to most other agencies, we now have a formal quality management process (QMS) in place for our work. Wide ranging in its scope, this process covers how we brief, develop and deliver jobs effectively and with transparency.
In addition, we have in place data driven processes that help to increase objectivity and facilitate change within a rapidly shifting business landscape driven by the impact of information and technology.
Achieving accreditation has only been made possible with an ongoing commitment over many years by the entire agency and following many audits. It represents a determination to continue to strengthen Burrows management processes and improve our ability to handle a changing industry landscape. The ISO certificate is just a bonus.
Significantly, viewed from a client perspective, achieving this level of ISO means that, as business and requirements from an agency change, clients can count on Burrows to continue to adapt and evolve, meeting the shifting and growing needs of a dynamic world.
Burrows achieved ISO 9001:2015 in 2018. This level of standard replaces ISO 9001:2008 to which Burrows was also accredited.
