As Brochure Programme Manager, you’ll oversee the administration and delivery on a portfolio of exciting print production jobs for Ford of Europe. You will work closely with other key department heads, to continually review and refine our processes for brochure creation. As well as being responsible for all your own projects, you will also guide the work of your team, monitoring the progress of all print production projects against published estimates and timings.

About you:
• You have solid Project Management experience working in a creative or production agency on design projects for printed materials (e.g. brochures)
• Proven track record of small team line management
• A strong working knowledge of print production processes
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to compartmentalise work for multiple projects
• You’re pragmatic and able to adapt to changing deadlines and briefs; able to predict issues and problem solve to the client’s satisfaction
• A confident communicator, able to coordinate numerous internal teams through the project lifecycle
• You have experience using cloud-based communication tools, and of progressing work through a ticketing system and task-based workflows
• PC literate, good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)



What you’ll do:
• Manage a comprehensive programme of work delivering all Ford of Europe brochure projects
• Work with heads of Print Production and of Project Management to review and revise our processes for brochure creation
• Work with the Account Operations Manager to build and document an overall scope of work for the Ford brochure programme, ensuring all relevant internal teams and clients are kept aware of the projects contained within it
• Coordinate with other senior Project Manager to define all key documentation required for brochure projects – ensuring all formats are consistently adhered to across all projects
• Review, rework, and regularly revisit the definitions and assumptions for brochure level updates that are the starting point for project estimations
• Lead the implementation of new services for brochure programme requirements; and manage ad hoc requirements outside of specific brochure projects
• Monitor the progress and completion of print production projects against published timings, raising and escalating any risk items that may affect delivery
• Build and strengthen your team’s capabilities and industry knowledge, developing a greater awareness of the environment in which we operate
• Lead, guide and mentor your team, in line both with department objectives and each individual’s personal and career development goals
