Client Services Director

Do you have the drive to oversee all aspects of our work for one of the most distinguished of global automotive brands?

We’re looking for an experienced account handler to come and lead the team on our largest client account. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to become an integral part of our Client Services senior leadership. As Client Services Director, you will head up and develop our Ford account team – ultimately supervising all aspects of work for our largest client, across the various disciplines of print, digital and retail. You will form strong working relationships with all senior level Ford clients, conducting regular communications with them as the spokesperson of our business. You will lead and mentor the career development of your team members; and take a lead role in driving the agency forward – both through retaining current business and by pursuing new opportunities to increase revenue, through a solid understanding of your client’s business needs.

What you’ll do:
• Oversee all aspects of Burrows’ largest client account, on a global scale across multiple marketing disciplines
• Develop strong long-term relationships with all senior level Ford clients through regular personal contact
• Take ownership of our bi annual evaluations to Ford – including delivery of documents, and presenting show-reels of our work – highlighting achievements against key criteria within the scope of work
• Foster collaborative partnerships at a senior level with group agencies
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with other internal teams and departments
• Take an active role in the current and future innovation plans for the agency, based on a solid understanding of our clients’ business needs
• Develop sound proposals for our clients that build on the Burrows vision of bringing products to life
• Build and strengthen your team’s capabilities and industry knowledge, developing a greater awareness of the environment in which operate
• Lead, guide and mentor your team, in line both with department objectives and each individual’s personal and career development goals
• Take a lead role in the hiring processes and the training of new team members
• Communicate the Burrows company vision and values, embedding these within your department
