Project Manager / Business Analyst

As one of our talented Project Managers / Business Analysts you’ll work within our Project Management team primarily focussed on our Ford account.

You will work closely with this high profile client, spending a significant amount of your time on the client’s various premises (situated mainly in Essex). With your business analysts knowledge, you will focus on identifying client needs and produce quality requirement documents which will be presented to senior management, both with the client and internally. You will work closely with all internal departments, ensuring the requirements are communicated and fully understood. With a keen interest in technologies, you will be looking at ways of delivering improvements with both process changes and ongoing use.

You must be at the top of a what is expected from a Project Manager, with a strong desire to becoming a Senior Project Manager. The role is ideal for a Project Manager with Business Analyst background or a Business Analyst wanting to get more involved with Project Management.

Solid knowledge and experience of:
• Business Analyst and Project Management background
• Managing projects from conception to delivery
• Producing quality documentation, including Business Requirements both functional and non-functional
• Working on client premises
• Good understanding of project governance, managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks and quality
• Stakeholder management, able to demonstrate credibility with Senior Management
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies
• The software development lifecycle would be beneficial but not essential

What you’ll do:
• Work closely with the client, often on various premises to internally identify processes and potential improvements which the client would benefit from
• Presenting your findings back to Senior Management
• At times, run smaller projects by following the full project lifecycle, adopting the Burrows framework
• Requirements gathering, validation and documentation
• Hold and facilitate workshops
• Support and collaborate with various other internal departments across all stages of the project
• Potentially interface with third-party vendors/suppliers
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service at all times
• Represent Burrows at all times to the highest standards
