• Sound foundational understanding of business processes and how they impact one another
• Experience in supporting the development and workflows of a team of people
• Experience working within a large team environment, collaborating with Project Managers and Team Leaders
• A keen eye for detail and able to work within structured processes and ‘path-find’ where structure does not yet exist
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Talented relationship builder, polite, patient, personable, persuasive, enthusiastic, flexible and diplomatic; comfortable presenting at all levels of the organisation
• Dedicated to high quality standards and results; committed, well organised, disciplined, and diligent

• Commercially astute, able to maintain a strategic view and turn the ‘big picture’ into operational reality
• Able to work flexibly as and when required, sometimes at short notice – for example to liaise with our Detroit office
• Able to work from home as an interim measure

What you’ll do:
• Transition and implement our various business processes into the system
• Document, maintain and report the lifecycle management, business planning and support of our core workflow platforms, both internal and client facing – predominantly Workfront
• Perform system admin functions for the workflow management system, produce user guides and conduct ‘train the trainer’ activities
• Act as the conduit for all work required to the Workfront systems, creating and maintaining backlogs and release plans, with a focus on reducing complexity and improving system stability
• Conduct and report risk management activities associated with Workfront systems
• Conduct customer and user surveys, be the system evangelist, and produce regular bulletins
• Complete regular business intelligence reporting and forecasting for business and budget planning
• Manage a small team to deliver system and service objectives

What you’ll get:
• Competitive salary
• Flexible start times
• Comprehensive benefits package
• A friendly and open team environment
