For years, independent research has shown that the printed brochure has been a vital part of the car buying process, building desire and giving customer's information, while supporting sales teams in their role.

With consumers now shifting to online channels to research and buy products, Ford required an enriched and engaging way of reaching their customers through online channels, while still creating desire and empowering their customers with information. With more than 75% of consumer's now carrying out their own research online before making a purchase, a digital transformation became ever-more crucial.
